The average process time depends on the segment, approximately 1–4 weeks. Screening includes ID verification, income/work (guideline ≥3× rent), references, and possibly a credit check; intake with the company/expat where necessary.

Factors: neighborhood & m², condition/finish, energy label, outdoor space/parking, furnishing, current demand. We can provide a quick rental price indication upon request.
